Due to noticing changes in her body and feeling unwell over an extended period, Ryanne scheduled an appointment with her doctor. Although the doctor initially had no concerns about her health, further examinations and blood work led to an ultrasound and biopsy, which resulted in a Stage 1 endometrial cancer diagnosis in November 2024. A month later, during a full hysterectomy and tumor removal surgery, the surgeon discovered hundreds, if not thousands, of tiny tumor nodules scattered throughout her abdominal cavity and organs. This finding immediately advanced her diagnosis from Stage 1 to Stage 4. With a strong determination to heal so she could raise her children (ages 13, 12, 9, and 7) into adulthood and one day hold her future grandchildren, Ryanne took dramatic and disciplined action to fight the cancer. She initially fasted for seven days, followed by strict dietary restrictions. She also spent countless sleepless nights researching and implementing numerous integrative therapies while continuing to receive traditional medical treatment. During 2025, she experienced a brief reprieve from the cancer. However, in late 2025, the cancer began growing rapidly, doubling in size every 30 to 40 days. In mid-April, the family was informed that, due to the status and aggressive growth rate of the cancer, Ryanne might have only weeks or months to live. She is currently undergoing another round of treatment, and the family is hoping for more precious time with her. They are spending as much time with her as possible and are grateful for every moment.
